There is a clear difference between a free quote and a paid consultation. A free quote is when you call us out to look at the work and we give you a price — no guidance, no plan, just the cost to do the job. A paid consultation is for homeowners or businesses who are stuck and need Jerry to come out, inspect the property, identify what's actually failing, and give real direction on what needs to be done, what doesn't, what it should cost, and how long it should take.
We consult on the full range of work we do: interior and exterior painting, electrostatic painting for metal surfaces, rust treatment and metal restoration, floor coatings, lime wash, wall skimming, drywall, pressure cleaning, asphalt and parking lot coatings, and handyman repairs. Residential or commercial — single home, HOA, office, warehouse, or property portfolio.
Consultation pricing is based on distance and timeline urgency. Standard consultations start at $50 for properties within 20 miles of Cocoa, FL (32926). 20 to 50 miles is $75. Beyond 50 miles, pricing is quoted based on the trip and how quickly you need us on-site. Same-day and rush consultations may carry an urgency adjustment. Payment is collected on-site in cash or by credit card — a 4% surcharge applies to card payments.
If you decide to hire Creative Painting & More 2 LLC to perform the work after the consultation, we take the full consultation fee off the final payment of the project. The consultation effectively becomes free when you move forward with us — residential or commercial. If you choose not to hire us, you still keep the written assessment and guidance Jerry provided.
