Electrostatic
Electrostatic Painting for Metal
A specialty spray process that wraps metal surfaces in a smooth, factory-like finish — done on-site, with minimal overspray.
Electrostatic painting uses a charged paint particle that's drawn to grounded metal — the result is an even, wrap-around finish with very little waste or overspray. It's ideal for re-finishing existing metal that would otherwise need to be removed and powder-coated.
Common uses: commercial railings, storefronts, lockers, restroom partitions, and metal fixtures that need a clean factory look without shipping them out.
