Epoxy & Protective Floor Coating
Tough, attractive, easy-to-clean coatings for residential garages, patios, workshops, and commercial floors throughout Brevard County.
A garage floor coating only lasts as long as its prep. We grind the slab, repair cracks, and ensure proper moisture levels before any product goes down — this is what separates a 10-year coating from one that peels in two summers.
Choosing a system: Epoxy is the value choice with a great look. Polyaspartic cures faster (often a 1-day install) and handles UV and hot tires better — ideal for Florida garages. Polyurethane is the most chemical- and abrasion-resistant for commercial use. Not sure which fits? Tell us the floor's size and use, and we'll recommend.
Every quote includes the prep method, system layers, and cure time, so you know exactly what you're paying for and when you can drive on it.
FAQ
A properly prepped polyaspartic-topcoat system lasts 15+ years in a covered garage. Pure epoxy without a UV topcoat can yellow in direct sun, so for exposed patios we recommend a polyaspartic or polyurethane top layer.
Foot traffic typically next day; vehicles 3–7 days depending on the system. Polyaspartic can often handle vehicles in 24 hours.
