Parking Lot Coating & Line Striping
Restore your commercial lot to a clean, professional look — fresh sealcoat, crisp white stripes, ADA stalls, and traffic markings. Jerry runs the crew on-site from prep to final line.

A clean, freshly striped lot is the first thing your customers see — and the cheapest curb-appeal upgrade you can make to a commercial property. We sealcoat the asphalt to lock out UV and water, then lay down sharp, high-visibility traffic paint for stalls, ADA spaces, arrows, fire lanes, and curb markings.
We work around your hours. Most jobs are done in sections so you never fully close — cones up, one side at a time, dry and re-opened before the next morning. For larger lots we run night and weekend crews.
Existing layout faded? We can re-stripe right over the old lines, or re-design the layout to fit more stalls, add ADA compliance, or improve traffic flow.

FAQ
No. We work in sections — cones off one area at a time so customers and tenants keep access. For a full re-coat on a small lot we usually only need a single overnight.
Typically 1–3 years depending on traffic volume, sun exposure, and whether the lot was sealcoated first. Striping over fresh sealcoat lasts noticeably longer than painting over worn asphalt.
Yes. We lay out ADA stalls, access aisles, and signage to meet current Florida requirements — useful for property managers preparing for inspections or tenant turnover.
